Visions of N’Zoth Survival Guide – Update Live on January 14

Welcome to the World of Warcraft
Survival Guide for Visions of N’Zoth, the latest content update
for Battle for Azeroth. In this video, we’ll take a look
at the new features and changes coming with it. With the defeat of Queen Azshara, the Old God N’Zoth
was freed from his prison. Now he’s unleashing
his shadowy forces upon Azeroth. We’ll need some awesome gear and new Allied Races
to battle against the Void. Two new Allied Races will be available
to play in Visions of N’Zoth: the resourceful vulpera
and industrious mechagnomes. As with other Allied Races, unlocking each race
will reward you with a unique mount, and leveling a new vulpera
or mechagnome from 20 to 110 will earn you a special Heritage Armor
transmogrification set. Horde players can unlock vulpera by completing
the Vol’dun level-up storyline and reaching exalted with the Voldunai. Alliance players who are exalted
with the Rustbolt Resistance and have completed the mechagon storyline can embark on a questline to create
a mechagnome of their very own. Level 120 players will see the overwhelming might
of the Old Gods first-hand in new Assaults on Titan facilities in either Uldum
or the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Players must drive back N’Zoth’s minions by completing objectives in the area, including defeating enemies and rares, looting treasures,
and participating in events. After making some progress, players will go up against the lieutenant
leading the enemies’ forces. Once victorious, you will be rewarded
with a powerful piece of equipment and a Vessel of Horrific Visions; a key that gives you access to
a new feature: Horrific Visions. Horrific Visions are instanced content
for 1 to 5 players that subject you to N’Zoth’s twisted
future for Orgrimmar and Stormwind. While exploring a Horrific Vision, your sanity will be under constant attack, increasing difficulty, and forcing you to leave
before you’re consumed by insanity. Each time you undergo a Horrific Vision, you’ll leave with more knowledge
and fragments of N’Zoth’s corruption. Take these to MOTHER and Magni in Silithus to strengthen your defenses
and earn new tools, which will allow you to delve deeper
into N’Zoth’s Horrific Visions and earn greater rewards. Players seeking the next echelon
of rewards and challenges can adventure into bonus areas
of Horrific Visions to discover Faceless Masks. Wearing these masks raises
the difficulty level of Horrific Visions and unlocks access to stronger items. To combat N’Zoth’s corruption, Wrathion will return and work with players
to craft a legendary cloak. This upgradeable legendary starts
at Rank 1 at item level 470, with subsequent ranks increasing its power
and adding other unique effects. It will enable players to venture deeper
and deeper into Horrific Visions, earning greater rewards, and unlocking more of the mysteries
behind N’Zoth’s power. This cloak may also come in handy when you face off against N’Zoth himself
in the upcoming raid. Also in Visions of N’Zoth, you’ll find
gear with a new stat called Corruption. Cursed by N’Zoth, corrupted items offer
truly exceptional power, for a price. As you don more corrupted gear, the Corruption will begin to affect you
in increasingly deadly ways. At low Corruption levels, you may be slowed periodically
when taking damage, while at higher Corruption levels, evil forces from the Void
may come for you at any moment. Deciding how much Corruption to take on
is a delicate balancing act, which can be mitigated with your
new legendary cloak and new Essences. By donning these powerful items,
you can counter negative side effects and reap the benefits of N’Zoth’s might
without all of the downsides. Players can now unlock a new Minor Slot
on their Heart of Azeroth at Level 75, along with periodic increases
to stamina up to Level 80. The Heart of Azeroth
can be leveled beyond 80, granting it increased item level
and slight stat increases. New Essences can be found
in Assaults on Uldum and Vale of Eternal Blossoms, delving into Horrific Visions, and the Ny’alotha raid. Visions of N’Zoth
also brings with it a visual update and redesign for
the Deepwind Gorge battleground. Inspired by Arathi Basin, the new Deepwind Gorge has five
capture points for teams to battle over. Of course, there’s so much more coming
with Visions of N’Zoth, including new storyline quests
to confront N’Zoth and his armies, and navigate a peace treaty
between the Alliance and Horde. You’ll also be able to earn goblin
and worgen Heritage Armor, and players who have
pre-purchased Shadowlands will be able to create Death Knights
of unlocked Allied Races and pandaren. We’ll also see a rebuilt Auction House, an arcade addition to the Darkmoon Faire, and new profession recipes. And that’s just the beginning. We’ll meet you here again to discuss
the start of Season 4 of PvP and Mythic Keystone Dungeons, the Darkshore Heroic Warfront, and, of course, the new 12-boss raid, Ny’alotha, The Waking City. Keep an eye on for more details on upcoming content. Thanks for watching,
and we’ll see you on the front lines.

  1. 1: Bring back Faction rep dailies.
2: Bring back Raid tier sets.
    3: Bring back PvP vendors.
4: Bring back more dungeons from expansion patches.
5: Bring back even more raid buffs and auras.

  2. You know what I hate the most?? It's the Questing system vs the Leveling system!!!!!!!!!!
I hate it when I'm in a fkng chain quest, then I level up too quick, and the game doesn't show me the next fkng quests anymore, nor for the zone, nor for the expansion!!!!!!!
The game just sends me to the next zone, or the next expansion, and doesn't let me finish ALL the fkng quests for that zone/expansion……… Those are important quests for the fkng storyline, ffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fix this issue about the game, already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. hat do players do who are Healers Only I play WOW since release and I never played sumthin else than Heal Druid? And I like it 😉 what are my options??? Why force people to play DD???

  4. I can't stand the wall behind allied races. What do i want to get me to come back? Something fresh, and grinding out old content to play a new race is dumb. The grind for void elves and LF draenei was awful…

  5. Can't believe people play this retail garbage. "DO ONE INSTANCE AND HERE'S YOUR WELFARE EPICS." It's literally made for scrubs who cant earn good gear. This content would be cool if it all wasnt EZ mode

  6. sounds like they are pulling out all the stops since the majority of players left bfa and went to vanilla wow. now they are trying to pull players back, the other way
    , lol.

  7. The new armor sets and the story are looking great. But let us ENJOY alts! Make more things account-wide! Grinding over and over again for every character is boring! This should be a game, not a job.

  8. Just stop crying about everything, its boring ! BÉÉ BÉÉ Wide account essences.. béé béé pvp vendors béé béé whatever… cmon guys! Just play the game or leave, nobody hold u there. If Blizzard do everything that "most" of comunnity want it will be far more worst garbage, than we can ever imagine. Because 70% of people is fcking casuals with no goals and that kind of people just care about "Quest content".

  9. No thanks. The gameplay is boring, the story is stupid af, and you treat the Alliance like a joke. Took my money to Iceborne.

  10. cries in alts ….
they pushed us to make alts …. now the neck essences make it more and more difficult to keep up … these things need to become account bound asap … its bs …

  11. Not cool enough to get me to resub lmao. Call me when you do cross faction gameplay like it seems like you planned to. Make an actual change to the game for the first time in years.

  12. ok but what about essences?
I dont want to redo nazjatar and all the other stuff just to be halfway on par with my main
make them purchasable with memento tokens or other stuff

  13. aint gonna play this poor excuse for an update lucky i didnt start bfa till now so i actually have content before shadowlands.

  14. It's 2020 and Blizzard is bringing foxes as allies to the Horde. What the actual F***!? I never hated and even somewhat liked Pandas, but this is just silly. Please stop. From all the possible races you bring foxes to a "WARcraft" game, cmon…

  15. Bring back PvP Vendors. Some of us don't enjoy PvE and would prefer to just PvP in order to be relevant enough to compete with other players. All but one friend have quit WoW because of PvP vendors being removed from the game. RNG can only take you so far without making a player feel frustrated..

  16. Vulpera looks very Hordy like… eh not.. Do Blizzard know wtf they are doing and going with the storys? Soon we will going in to space fighting some new alien race that have come to take over Deadmines in Westfall..

  17. Can we get a Visions of N'zoth Crashing Every 5 Minutes Survival Guide? Because it just cost me my weekly horrific vision token.

  18. What a pathetic excuse for a patch, just another nazjatar type zone but in 2 old zones, more rep grinds, garbage withered training type nonsense, ridiculous dailies that have you flying around the map for 45 looking for non rare mobs to kill. Garbage.
