How to get rid of migraine headaches naturally and fast!

I’m gonna show you how to release your migraine in your forehead but before you start we need a bowl of water like this and a towel place the towel inside the water and we will need this later breath in through your nose and breath out through your nose and we gonna do it 10 times breath in out 1 breath in out 2 breath in out 3 breath in out 4 breath in out 5 breath in out 6 breath in again out 7 breath in out 8 breath in out 9 and breath in hold it and out 10 now rub your palms together and place the palms on the sides of your eyes on your temples and massage it this way and release the pressure from the side of your eye 1 2 3 4 5 6 [massage in and out] 9 10 and we gonna press it in 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 1 2 3 4 5 and then rub the palm again we gonna massage your eye and warm up your eye and release some of the tension 1 2 3 4 5 6 [massage in the clockwise direction] 1 2 3 4 5 and we gonna hold it 5 seconds 5 4 3 2 1 and gently open your eyes and relax yourself put your your finger on top of your thumb like that and this is the bone that we gonna press against the eye so we start right in the middle of your eyeball and just push it in 1, 2 3, 4 5, 6 7, 8 9, 10 [push the finger knuckle] [half a centimetre into the eyes] 3 4 5 hold it [you will feel a bit of pain] [that is normal] now your temple is at the end of the eyebrow place your finger here first and then a thumb next to it you can feel a small gap that’s your temple the phoenix eye on the temple of your eye. on this position and just rotate it like that 1 [push the finger knuckle] [half a centimetre into the temple] 6 7 8 [if you are doing properly you will feel your knots] [this will help to reduce your tension] 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and I want you to really push it in, push it in 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 [you will feel a bit of pain in your temple] [not to worry] [this indicate that your migraine is releasing] 3 4 5 that will help you to release more tension rub your palms again and this time in front of your forehead [massage your forehead in the anti clockwise direction] 5 6 7 8 9 10 and hold it for 5 seconds 1 2 3 4 5 and relax and release yourself rub your palms again now on top of your ear right on top of the ear, like that and that will help you to release the pressure and the tension inside your eardrum ready? and push it in [if you are doing it properly] [you can feel a suction feeling] 8 9 10 1 2 3 4 5 and hold it and push it all the way in, push it in and hold it for 10 seconds if you push it in strongly [you can hear a gentle, vibrating sound in your ear] [it’s like the sound of waves and the wing] 9 10 and relax yourself give your back a massage like that 1 2 3 release all the tension on the shoulder too 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 the other side 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 [rotate your neck in the clockwise direction] 2 [you will have a clicking feeling] [and this will help to release the tension further] 6 7 8 9 10 the other way, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 well done massage your palms again place it on top of your eyes and then hold it for 10 seconds and 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 5 more seconds 1 2 3 4 5 and release your hands and open your eyes and massage your palms again on top of your ears and just with the side of your palm and just massage 1 2 [massage in the backward direction] 5 6 7 8 9 10 and hold it push it in and hold it for 5 more seconds 1 2 3 4 5 and release it we need to take a towel from the cold water once you’ve done that fold the towel this way and place it on top of your forehead [sit down comfortably] [and relax] place your right hand on your heart and just gentle breath in and breath out into your nose and breath out [breath in to your nose] [and out through your nose] [gently] 4 [make sure you focus only in your breathing] 8 9 10 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 10 more 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and relax give yourself 5 more seconds 5 4 3 2 1 and gently open your eyes do this for 2 weeks and you will start to feel better

  14. Changing the attitude is everything… Recently, I experienced crucial change thanks to the change of my attitude regarding the migraine phenomenon. Giving the fact that I become allergic to a medicament, the only one which happens to help me to easily overcome all manifestation of the migraine attack. After 15 years behaving in a helpless manner like “Oh, here comes the severe storm again, poor me, poor me…” where I used to indulge myself in the outcomes of it and turn it into nothing but suffering as long as it lasts. And I received this allergy-like message as a final warning that I should change something… And that was my

    attitude. Then I think of it as an excellent chance to get rid of the medicaments, get more familiar with symptoms and so on. So, I undertake the research – I’m writing my diary on migraines, and this is where I found this video. It seemed kinda silly to me, I liked it, give it a try and it worked!
